All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payments are processed securely via Square. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
3. Meal Plan Subscriptions
Meal plan subscriptions are billed recurringly based on the selected plan. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription by contacting us before the weekly cutoff time. Changes made after the cutoff time will apply to the following billing cycle.
4. Food Safety and Allergies
While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering. Meals should be refrigerated upon receipt and consumed within 2-3 days for optimal freshness and safety.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis to provide a suitable resolution.
